We are three women who were so fortunate to have met across tables in faraway destinations. It is our hope that by inviting you to our table, we will not just be building a better travel community, but a better global community. Conversations inspire, uplift and build hope. Discovering paths anew we will be engaging in the beauty and cultures around us while celebrating the laughter and the bonds between us.

The Visionaries

Jill Hurd – Los Angeles

Jill started her career in travel with an emphasis on entertainment travel for film and television. She started her own company, JD Consulting, as a referral-only company. She built a successful business handling production travel, moving hundreds of people throughout the world. In time, Jill broadened her business to include travel coordination for leading graphic designers and architects, working on projects requiring precise and efficient travel coordination.

Patricia McLemore – Arizona

Patricia’s background is in Marketing and Brand relationships with a big emphasis on highly personalized client care. She found a niche for custom luxurious and sustainable travel that is about quality not quantity. She integrated the coordination of production and travel to create global leisure experiences for her clientele and charitable organizations. Most notably, the major league professional baseball team in Arizona called the Arizona Diamondbacks for their annual fundraising gala. Patricia was named top travel specialist by Condé Nast Traveler magazine for 2020 for her niche area in designing trips for charities.

Germaine van den Berg – Johannesburg

Germaine’s extensive career in the travel and tourism industry in South Africa has sported many roles. She began with American Express Travel. She then joined the Southern Sun and Holiday Inn Hotel Group – a chain of four and five-star hotels in South Africa. A few years later saw her circling back to American Express Travel in the role of Head - Product Development and Marketing. After a lengthy career in corporate South Africa, she decided to venture out on her own and formed Travel Logic. The company, which has been in existence for over 15 years, provides a bespoke leisure travel service to discerning clients and a business travel management solution to small and medium sized corporations.
